How Task List Works (Earning Points) Task List allows users to earn points by completing specific tasks. The general process is as follows: * Task Initiation: You will be presented with a task (e.g., "write a comment," "follow a page"). * External Task Execution: To complete a task, you must open an external link or website outside of the Task List application. Please note: These external links and websites are governed by their own separate terms of service and privacy policies, which you must review and agree to independently. Task List is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party websites or services. * Task Completion & Proof: After completing the task on the external platform, you are required to take a screenshot as proof of completion. * Screenshot Upload: You must return to Task List and upload the screenshot(s) to the designated task completion section within the app. * Admin Review & Approval: Once uploaded, your task completion and screenshot(s) will be submitted for review by our administrators. This approval process may take up to 7 business days. * Point Award: Upon successful review and approval by our administrators, the corresponding points for the task will be credited to your in-app account. 3. Redeeming Points (Gifts) * Points earned through task completion can be redeemed for various digital gift codes or rewards offered within the app. * The availability and value of gifts are subject to change without prior notice. * All gift redemptions are final. 4. User Accounts & Prohibited Conduct * One Account Per User: Each user is permitted to have only one account within Task List. * Prohibited Multiple Accounts: Creating or using more than one account per individual is strictly forbidden. * Account Termination: Any user found to be operating multiple accounts will have all associated accounts permanently banned without prior notice, and any accumulated points or pending redemptions will be forfeited. * Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to defraud the app, manipulate the task system, or submit false or misleading screenshots will result in immediate and permanent account termination. * Inappropriate Content: Do not upload any screenshots or content that is illegal, offensive, harassing, discriminatory, or violates any third-party rights. 5. Data Collection & Usage Task List collects the following user data: * User Name: Provided by you during registration or profile setup. * Email Address: Provided by you during registration for account management and communication. * Profile Picture: An image you choose to upload to personalize your profile. Important Notice Regarding Sensitive Information: We will never ask you for sensitive information such as your serial number, password, credit card numbers, or any other private financial or personal details. Screenshot Uploads & Your Responsibility: Screenshots uploaded as proof of task completion are used solely by our administrators for the purpose of verifying task completion and approving point awards. These screenshots will not be used for any other purpose, nor will they be publicly displayed or shared with third parties. It is your responsibility to ensure that any screenshots you upload DO NOT contain any sensitive information such as passwords, credit card numbers, personal identification, or other confidential data. Such information is strictly prohibited. By submitting screenshots containing such information, you assume full legal responsibility for any consequences that may arise. * Immutability of Screenshots: Once a screenshot is uploaded as proof of a completed job, it cannot be changed or deleted by the user. This is necessary for the integrity of our review and approval process. 6. Disclaimer of Warranties Task List is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or meet your specific requirements. 7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Task List shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the app. 8.
